Issimo worked with Meanwhile Space to design and implement a Salesforce solution for the management of these spaces which can be anything from a whole building to an office, shop, cafe or a single desk.
Prospective tenants now apply online through the Meanwhile Space website, with negotiations, costings and leases now all arranged from within Salesforce.
Hospital Saturday Fund
All profits made by HSF health plan are channeled to its parent charity, The Hospital Saturday Fund.
Grants are then made to all kinds of medically-associated charities throughout the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland each year. Assistance is also given to individuals whose illness or disability has caused difficulties.

The Hospital Saturday Fund asked Issimo to install their Adesso grant managment package and customise to their needs. This included online application forms for organisations and individuals and dual currency. (HSF makes grants in Sterling and Euros).
The British & Foreign School Society (BFSS)
Inspired by the educational reforms of Quaker Joseph Lancaster, BFSS’s vision is to maximise educational opportunity for all.
BFSS support charitable organisations that reach out to children and young people in remote or impoverished areas, improving inclusivity in education and providing much-needed facilities.

BFSS now have a grant management and membership system with online forms for grant and membership applications and monitoring forms.

Talent-Ed helps the brightest pupils from low income backgrounds who are not being stretched and challenged to realise their full potential.
Talent-Ed understands the potential of qualified teachers who were retired or on sabbaticals to nurture the talent of both bright students and expert teachers.

Issimo developed Salesforce at Talent-Ed to include management of education programmes, classes, pupils and tutors. Considerable time saving was achieved by creating a bespoke online tutor attandance and feedback form that a tutor completes at the end of each class with the information going directly into Salesforce.
Colyer Fergusson Charitable Trust
The Colyer Fergusson Charitable Trust makes grants to support people in Kent including disadvantaged young people, families facing financial or emotional crisis and to community groups.

Issimo implemented their Adesso Grant Management package and customised it to match the the exact data capture and end-to-end process requirements of the Trust. There are a total of five online applications forms plus two online monitoring forms.
In addition there is now a Hardship Awards programme where applications are entered by the Trust’s partner organisations in Kent. These are for young people with urgent needs and have a turnaround time of eight hours or less.

The Actors Centre is the UK’s leading organisation which supports actors throughout their professional careers.
They have a programme of diverse workshops and masterclasses — led by distinguished practitioners from the worlds of theatre, film and television — The Actors Centre provides an essential space for actors to network, share and create.

The Actors Centre contacted Issimo as they had a very short deadline to implement a new online membership application and payment form that would be integrated with both Salesforce and their payment system. Issimo worked out of hours to design, develop and deliver within five days.
In addition we implemented changes to their products and pricing data.

The Swire Charitable Trust support a wide range of charities that share the Trust’s commitment to delivering positive and lasting change to UK society.
There are three core funding programmes: Opportunity, Environment and Heritage.

Schoolreaders
If a child is unable to read properly at this stage the consequences can be lifelong as they can face difficulties accessing secondary education fully. Schoolreaders helps to address this by recruiting volunteers to listen to children read in primary schools.
The volunteers are matched to an appropriate local school. The scheme has proved extremely successful, showing the extent of the need for this service, which is free to schools.

As the number of volunteers and schools participating increased, Schoolreaders asked Issimo to implement a Salesforce solution to match their requirements.
Volunteers and schools now apply online to the scheme through the Schoolreader’s website with the information being sent directly into Salesforce. Volunteers go through an assessment process and are then matched to local schools on a geographical and availabilty basis.
DHL Matched Funding
Match It! provides DHL employees with an opportunity to have their fundraising and volunteering efforts boosted for charities, schools and not for profit community organisations.
Employees can apply to have their volunteering time matched as a donation in recognition of their commitment.

Issimo created an online version of DHL’s Match It! appliction form. Applications now go directly into Salesforce where they are processed and paid. Salesforce manages both individual and group applications and a dashboard shows money raised and matched funding at a glance.
